Shares of CoreSite Realty Corp rose as much 8.6% after Reuters revealed that the U.S. data center operator, which has a market value of more than $8 billion, was working with an investment bank to explore its options after attracting acquisition interest. Reuters sources said that CoreSite has been approached by companies that include American Tower Corp and Digital Realty Trust Corp, as well as private equity firms.
